Over the years of successful bulk fuel distribution and vessel bunkering business presence in the country, it is a big leap to operate a modular refinery to be built in Montpiller, Alegria South of Cebu. We are doing marketing and upstream operations, we deliver fuel business solutions to the Visayas and to all islands in the Philippines. We are a DOE and SEC registered company to do fuel refinery and sales distribution.
